Scholarships offered by the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS)

Each year, the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Stony Brook University offers its students a number of different scholarship opportunities for its students. For a list of scholarships offered, visit the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences website at: http://www.ceas.sunysb.edu/scholarships.html. Hurry! Pick up your applications in the CEAS office, Old Engineering Rm. 127. The deadline for the scholarship applications is Monday, February 2, 2004.


The Anita Borg Scholarship

Google has updated the information for the Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship. Applications must be received by Friday, January 15, 2005. Four $10,000 scholarships will be awarded to female students in computer science classes in 2006 - Two scholarships will be awarded to undergraduates, and two to graduate degree (master's or Ph.D. level) candidates. SWE Scholarship Program

As part of its national educational activities, SWE administers over 70 individual scholarship awards annually, varying in amount from $1000 to over $5,000 per year and totaling more than $200,000.
