Indian Graduate Students Association is affiliated to Graduate Students Organization of SUNY Stony Brook. The Indian Graduate Students Association was established to foster a sense of belonging to the Indian community studying and working at Stony Brook and maintain our Indian identity as well as celebrate and share our culture and rich heritage with the Indian and international community.

IGSA, currently with a member strength of 150+ Graduate Indian Students, celebrates many Indian festivals, recreational activities, movie screenings, tours and social get-togethers thorought the year for Indian students to help adjust to the new environment and provide an opportunity to have fun, bond with fellow Indians and to relive the Indian culture away from home.
