Welcome to the Chemical Engineers' Society (CES) website! This website has
been recently created so check back often as we will continuously provide
updates!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CES GOALS:
1) Expanding knowledge of what a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
offers for students. Unifying all students interested in the program.
2) To promote discussion of careers and opportunities available throughout
the Chemical Engineering discipline at Stony Brook University.
3) Recruiting more active members, learning more about current events in Chemical
Engineering, and helping one another in academics.
CES hopes to accomplish these goals through affiliation with the American
Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). AIChE sponsorship will allow the
CES to pursue real chemical engineering projects such as a fuel cell vehicle
or nanotechnology.

INSPIRATION:
I take the vision which comes from dreams and apply the magic of science and
mathematics, adding the heritage of my profession and my knowledge of nature's
materials to create a design.
I organise the efforts and skills of my fellow workers employing the capital
of the thriftyand the products of many industries, and together we work toward
our goalundaunted by hazards and obstacles.
And when we have completed our task all can see that the dreams and plans
have materialised for the comfort and welfare of all.
I am an Engineer, I serve mankind, by making dreams come true.

Konkan railway)
