E-mail help: Never describe in words 
what you do, show me what you do!!
Use "e-mail help" in subject field.
1) If you are at number plugging state:          
a) give algebraic solution (symbols as in notes)
b) give solution  with numbers plugged in
c) give your final number
otherwise you get "wrong format!"

If you are stuck show your work until you get
stuck and ask for help
2) Always give last name and ID#   
otherwise you get "who are you?"
3) Always give full story:
assume I don't save e-mail.
