Instructions on how to read the CD:
Insert the CD into the CD drive. It auto starts after a little
while. In most cases
this works, however may not, depending on how your system is configured.
If nothing happens, do the following: start the explorer and go to the CD
drive and double click the file "tb60run.exe". The window shown below
comes
up.

Click "la4532xJ.tbk" and click "OK".
When the CD is up you should see this copyright page:

The CD is organized like a book with the (small) "page" numbers
visible
at the bottom right corner. The book extends from page 1 to 539.
Page 1 to 4 are just instruction pages and not clickable.
Go with the right-arrow to page 2, where on the left you find the instructions
on how to navigate the CD , and on the right the instructions on how to view
the lecture videos.

Go to page 4, where all the chapters are listed.

Clicking the chapter takes you to the begin of the chapter.
You navigate the
chapter back and forth by using the left-and right-arrow keys (see page 2) ,
going to the various "sheets" of the chapter. These are the chapter sheets
referred to in the quizzes.
Note! The up-arrow key takes you to the begin of the whole book and not
to the begin of the chapter. The down-arrow key takes you to the end of
the book and not to the end of the chapter (both a mistake). The first sheet
with the chapter index is not clickable.
Printing the lecture notes:
Page 3 gives instructions. Mark the page number of the book covering the
chapter and insert these numbers into the appropriate fields as visible on
page 3 below. Clicking the "File" menu and clicking "Print
Pages" brings up
this page:

You can choose the format (you see above the format of the
printouts you
find in the help room selected). Make sure you don't make it too crowded,
since you need the printouts in the workshops, where occasionally the light
are dimmed down!
